Flyer distribution in Singapore costs about SGD 38 to 44 per 1,000 flyers for HDB door to door when you supply the printed flyers, or SGD 550 for a 10,000-flyer package with A5 printing included. Landed, walkway and industrial areas cost more because each letterbox takes longer to reach: the same 10,000-flyer package with printing is SGD 870 there. Condominiums are delivered through SingPost where the management requires it. Runs of 20,000 and above cost less per flyer.

How much does flyer distribution cost per 1,000 in Singapore?
For HDB door-to-door distribution, where you supply the printed flyers, about SGD 38 to 44 per 1,000. Landed homes and industrial estates cost more per flyer than HDB because they are less dense: distribution only works out to about 7 cents a flyer on a 4,000-flyer run, and smaller runs are quoted by area. Condominium delivery through SingPost starts from about 20 cents a flyer. The per-1,000 rate falls as the quantity rises.
| Service | Area | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Distribution only, your flyers | HDB door to door | About SGD 38 to 44 per 1,000 |
| Distribution only, your flyers | Landed or industrial | About 7 cents a flyer on 4,000 flyers |
| Print and distribute 10,000 A5 flyers | HDB door to door or cardrop | SGD 550 single-sided, SGD 610 double-sided |
| Print and distribute 10,000 A5 flyers | Landed, walkway or industrial | SGD 870 single-sided, SGD 930 double-sided |
| Condominiums | Via SingPost where required | From about 20 cents a flyer |
Is it cheaper to print and distribute together?
Usually, yes. The SGD 550 package covers 10,000 A5 flyers printed full colour on 128gsm art paper and delivered door to door in HDB estates, with one brief and one invoice. Buying printing and distribution separately means two quotes, a delivery between the printer and the distributor, and nobody responsible if the count is short. The packages are on the flyer distribution page.
What affects the price of flyer distribution?
Four things. The area: dense HDB blocks are the cheapest per household, while landed streets, walkways and industrial estates take longer per letterbox. The quantity: larger runs cost less per 1,000. The flyer: A5 is the standard letterbox size; larger or heavier flyers take longer to deliver. And the method: letterbox and door-to-door drops are priced per 1,000, while hand-to-hand distribution at MRT exits or events is usually priced by the team and the hours. The two methods are compared in letterbox vs hand-to-hand flyer distribution.
How much does BTO flyer distribution cost?
New BTO estates are priced by estate and completion quarter, because each estate has a different number of units. Printing and distribution to a completing BTO estate is quoted on the estate you choose; current BTO packages are on the flyer distribution page.
What do you get for the price?
A WhatsApp group for the campaign, daily coverage reports and photo proof of the blocks and streets covered. HDB and landed drops go into letterboxes, which is the accepted channel since the April 2026 agreement that stopped property agents leaving flyers on gates and doors; see flyer distribution in Singapore: 2026 rules and costs.
