How does HDB door-to-door flyer distribution work?
You tell us the quantity and either the estates you want or your target customer, and we propose the blocks. Flyers can be printed by us or delivered to our Ang Mo Kio office. On each distribution day a team covers the assigned blocks floor by floor, placing one flyer at every unit door or gate. At the end of each day you receive a photo report listing the block numbers covered, with photos taken on site, so you can walk any block on the list that evening and see your flyers in place. A 10,000-flyer drop usually runs two to three weeks from start to finish, depending on how many estates you want covered.
What does it cost?
- Distribution only, we choose the estate: from SGD 28 per 1,000 flyers

Door to door or letterbox?
Door to door means the flyer is placed at the unit door or gate, where the resident sees it when they come home. Letterbox means it goes into the HDB letterbox at the void deck, where it sits with the rest of the mail and is easy to bin without reading. For most businesses door to door gets the flyer seen, which is why it is our standard HDB service.
One group is different. Since 1 April 2026, property agents at the major agencies have agreed not to leave flyers on HDB doors, gates or common areas where the public can see them, so for property agents we recommend letterbox distribution or SingPost. Which HDB estates do you cover?
Every HDB town, from Woodlands and Yishun in the north to Tampines and Pasir Ris in the east, Jurong and Bukit Batok in the west, and Ang Mo Kio, Bishan, Toa Payoh and Queenstown in the centre. You can pick whole towns, individual estates or the blocks around a specific MRT station or shopping mall. New BTO estates are covered as residents move in. Who uses HDB door-to-door distribution?
Tuition and enrichment centres before each school term, F&B outlets and hawker stalls opening in a new estate, renovation and interior firms targeting new BTO blocks, aircon servicing and home repair companies, clinics and dental practices near the estate, and retailers running a promotion. The common thread is a business that serves a neighbourhood and wants every household within walking distance to know about it.
How do I know the flyers were delivered?
