Car sticker and decal printing in Singapore starts from SGD 17 for 50 pieces at 90 x 54 mm on outdoor vinyl; larger window decals, bumper stickers and door panels are quoted by size. Vinyl is the right material for anything on a car: it is waterproof, UV-stable and holds through car washes and Singapore’s heat, where paper or mirrorkote stickers lift and fade within weeks. Send the size and artwork for a same-day quote.

How much does car sticker printing cost in Singapore?
From SGD 17 for 50 vinyl stickers at 90 x 54 mm, which is name card size. That is the entry point for small logo decals, windscreen labels and fleet numbering. Larger pieces are priced by the square area of vinyl and whether they need contour cutting, so an A4 rear-window decal costs more per piece than a logo sticker but far less per square centimetre. We quote by size rather than from a grid because almost every car job is a custom size. Minimum order is 50 pieces for standard sizes; one-off large decals are quoted individually.

Which material should I use for a car sticker?
Outdoor vinyl, every time. It is the only common sticker material that is waterproof, resists UV fading and comes off without leaving glue. The choices within vinyl are:
- White vinyl for full-colour designs and logos with a white background.
- Transparent vinyl for window decals where you want the glass to show through, printed with a white underlayer so colours stay solid.
- Perforated (one-way vision) vinyl for rear windows: the design shows outside, the driver sees out from inside.
- Reflective vinyl for fleet and safety markings that must read at night.
Mirrorkote and synthetic paper stickers are fine indoors and on packaging, but not on a vehicle.
What sizes do car decals come in?
Any size up to a full door panel. Common requests are 90 x 54 mm logo stickers, 150 x 100 mm bumper stickers, A5 and A4 window decals, and 600 mm plus company-name strips for vans. For a window decal, measure the flat glass area and allow 20 mm clearance from the edges and the demister lines. Send the measurements with the artwork and we confirm the cut size on the quote.
Die-cut or square-cut?
Square-cut (rectangle) is cheapest and suits labels and fleet numbers. Die-cut follows the shape of the design, so a logo sticker has no white border; it costs a little more because of the cutting. Kiss-cut is for sheets of small stickers you peel individually. On a car, die-cut vinyl looks cleanest and is what most customers choose for logos.
How long do car stickers last?
Outdoor vinyl printed with UV inks typically lasts three to five years on a car in Singapore before noticeable fading, and survives automatic car washes. Lamination adds a clear protective layer that extends that and resists scratching; we recommend it for anything on the bonnet or lower doors. The decal care guide covers cleaning and removal.
How do I apply a car decal without bubbles?
Clean the surface with alcohol, not household cleaner. Use the hinge method: tape the top edge in place, peel the backing from the top down, and squeegee from the centre outward in overlapping strokes. For large decals we supply application tape so the whole design transfers in one piece. Apply in shade; a hot panel makes the adhesive grab before you can position it.

What artwork do you need?
A PDF, AI or EPS at the final size, CMYK, with 3 mm bleed and any cut line on its own layer. For die-cut, the cut path should sit about 2 mm outside the artwork. Vector files are best for logos and text; a 300 dpi image is fine for photos. We check every file before printing and tell you if something will not print well.
Can you print for a fleet of vehicles?
Yes. Fleet jobs are usually a company logo, a phone number and a vehicle number on each van or car. We print the fixed elements as one run and the variable numbers as a short run, so the per-vehicle cost stays low. Send the number of vehicles and the panel sizes for a fleet quote.
How fast can car stickers be printed?
Standard vinyl jobs are a few working days from artwork approval. Urgent jobs confirmed before 6pm with a print-ready file go into production the same working day. Collect from LINK@AMK in Ang Mo Kio or have them delivered from SGD 8.
Frequently asked questions about car sticker printing
How much is a car sticker in Singapore?
From SGD 17 for 50 vinyl stickers at 90 x 54 mm. Larger window decals and bumper stickers are quoted by size.
Is vinyl sticker waterproof?
Yes. Outdoor vinyl is waterproof and UV-resistant, which is why it is the standard material for car stickers. Paper and mirrorkote stickers are not.
Can I put a sticker on my car window?
Yes. Transparent or white vinyl works on side and rear windows; perforated one-way vinyl keeps the rear window see-through from inside. Keep decals clear of the driver’s forward view.
Will a car decal damage the paint?
No. Vinyl with removable adhesive comes off cleanly with a little heat from a hairdryer, leaving no residue on factory paint.
What is the minimum order for car stickers?
50 pieces for standard sizes. One-off large decals, such as a single rear-window graphic, are quoted individually.
