Flyer Distribution Companies in Singapore: 7 Things to Check Before You Book

Singapore has a dozen or so flyer distribution companies, and the useful way to compare them is on seven points: proof of delivery, price per 1,000, minimum quantity, whether printing is included, how they handle the April 2026 HDB rule, which estates they actually cover, and how fast they can start. Alibaba Printing’s answers are below so you can line them up against any other quote: SGD 550 for 10,000 A5 flyers printed and delivered door to door in HDB estates (about 5.5 cents a flyer), distribution only from SGD 38 to 44 per 1,000 with no minimum quantity, and a photo report every day of the drop.

1. Do they give proof of delivery?

This is the one that separates the companies. A distributor who is paid per 1,000 and not checked has every incentive to dump a stack in one lift lobby. Ask for the format of the proof before you pay: Alibaba Printing sends a daily photo report with the block numbers covered, so you can walk any block on the list the same evening and see the flyers. See what a daily photo proof report looks like.

2. What is the price per 1,000, and what does it include?

Quotes in Singapore are usually given per 1,000 flyers for distribution, with printing separate. Ask for both numbers and for the total on your real quantity. Our distribution-only rate for HDB door to door is SGD 38 to 44 per 1,000 depending on the estate; printed and delivered, 10,000 A5 flyers on 128gsm paper are SGD 550, or SGD 610 for double-sided. Landed, walkway and industrial packages are SGD 870 and 930. The full table is on the flyer distribution page and the maths is on how much flyer distribution costs.

3. Is there a minimum quantity?

Some companies set a minimum run, which rules out a single-estate test. Alibaba Printing has no minimum quantity for distribution only, so a tuition centre can test 2,000 flyers around one MRT station before committing to a town.

4. Can they print as well, or do you need two suppliers?

Using one company for printing and distribution removes a hand-off: no courier between the printer and the distributor, no argument about who lost a carton, and one person to call. If you already have flyers, a distribution-only quote should be cheaper, not the same price with printing quietly removed. Open A5 flyers on 128gsm paper or lighter can be dropped at our Ang Mo Kio office or collected for a small charge.

5. How do they handle the 2026 HDB flyer rule?

Since 1 April 2026 property agents at the five largest agencies have agreed not to leave flyers on HDB gates, doors or in common areas, and residents and town councils now expect the same of everyone. A good company will tell you how its crew works in HDB estates and show you the proof; a bad one will not have heard of the rule. The detail is in flyer distribution rules and costs in Singapore 2026, including a compliance checklist for agents.

6. Which estates do they really cover?

Every company says island-wide. Ask for the specific towns they ran last month. We cover every HDB town, landed estates such as Bukit Timah and Holland, condominiums through SingPost where management requires it, and industrial estates; see flyer distribution areas in Singapore and the landed estate guide.

7. How fast can they start?

Printing with print-ready artwork confirmed before 6pm goes into production the same working day; the drop starts on the earliest slot confirmed on the quote. If a company promises to print and distribute 10,000 flyers by tomorrow, ask how, and whether the proof will show it.
